The real issue isn't finding a roommate. It's finding one who actually fits how you live. Someone whose sleep schedule, cleanliness standards, guest habits, and noise tolerance align with yours. Those details rarely come up in a casual apartment viewing, but they're the things that make or break a living situation.
CoHabby takes a different approach. Instead of showing only listings, we ask profile and quiz questions about how you live. The answers supply signals for six categories, including personality, lifestyle, interests, housing, professional context, and preferences.
Eligible pairs can receive a versioned Synergy Score once both profiles have enough answered data. It summarizes stated alignment and differences so you know what to discuss; it does not predict how living together will go.
